  2. Management Staff ( Always send Notecard. IM's get and/or Lost )
  3. Finally and if above have been done. Contact Nisaa Coveria. ( Please do so using the snailmail at store in NC form.)
  •   In world - Feel free to contact any CSRs or Managers Listed  (please contact CSRs first).  Notecards are preferred.


3.  While we will do my best to reply to you immediately upon receiving your IM,  notecard form please allow up to 48 hours (2 days) for a response.  The CSRs and I are like everyone else in SL, we have real lives as well as other obligations within SL.  We aren't available 24 hours a day, but we will do our best to get back to you ASAP.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

1.Credits? What are these?

 Instead of getting immediate cash back on purchase the new system will credit your in store " credit account" the amount.  To be more fair. I am placing a 5% back on all vendors with an extra 15% for group tag. Meaning non-members will get 5% credit to account every purchase and group members will get 20% total every purchase credited to account. 

  • Non-Member purchases 100Ls item. Will receive 5 credits to in store balance.
  • Vip Member pruchases 100L's item. Will receive 20 credits to in store balance.


Credits are the same as lindens when purchasing new items. They are simply in store only usuable not cash back on purchase.

2. Purchasing Giftcards?

While there is no physical giftcard now. There is still "giftcard" system. This mean to purchase credits for another. You can do this from the front of the store by simply touching the giftcard you wish to purchase for someone and following the easy instructions.

Once Purchased it will send a message letting them know " YourName has just gifted you # credits in FairyTale Gardens" along with boxed nonscripted card which will contain a Info card on new system how to and an LM to store.

PURCHASING GIFTS

 Gifting products can be done directly from each vendor.
  1. Instead of left clicking the vendor (which brings up the pay window) simply right click the vendor and choose the "Gift" option from the pie menu.
  2. You will be prompted to type the name of the person you wish to send the item to in local chat.  (Please be sure the spelling is correct).
  3. Then once the name is found you will be prompted to pay the vendor.
  4. Once your payment is received the item will immediately be sent to the person you wish to gift to.

 UPDATE GROUPS

1.  Subscription based update group

    The  *Oh Daisies*  Updates group is free to join and is subscription based so a traditional SL group slot is not required.
  •   This group will receive any new release notices in addition to any news or events in regards to  *Oh Daisies*
  •   In addition to updates, group members will occasionally receive group gifts that are limited time only.


2.   *Oh Daisies*  VIPs
    The *Oh Daisies* VIPs group is a FEE BASED group.  There is a fee you must pay to join.  It's a traditional SL group that requires a group slot.  The cost to join the group is L$200.
  •   This group will be the FIRST to receive any updates or news.
  •   VIP members will occasionally receive or be eligible for:
  •   Exclusive discounts
  •   Group gifts
  •   Exclusive group-only products
  •   Product pre-releases
  •  And more!
